- Collaborate with the Director of the Department in various administrative procedures concerning the Director of the Department.
- Collaborate with the Director of Doctoral and Masters with activities related to accreditation and / or renewal of licenses granted by the National Ministry of Education.
- Collaborate with the Coordinator of Research Laboratories in administrative tasks associated with the Research Laboratories duties.
- Collaborate with the Department´s faculty in administrative proceedings related to research projects submitted to the various internal and external calls.
- Updating of information concerning the research activities of the Physics Department for the Catalogue of Research of the School of Science.
- Preparation of requisitions for consumables for Research Laboratories.
- Monitoring and control of cost center Consumables - Research Laboratories - and Department of Physics.
- Processing of payment requests, requests for tickets, travel requests, refunds and electronic funds transfers when appropriate.
- Serving as secretary of the Department Council. Attending meetings, making the corresponding minutes and providing all necessary logistical support for each meeting.
- Serving as secretary of the Research Laboratories Committee. Attending meetings, making the corresponding minutes and providing all necessary logistical support for each meeting.
- Handling file folders for Professors, Graduate Assistants and support staff of the Department.
- Logistical support to scientific events organized by the Department of Physics.
